On October 3rd & 4th, 2026, the Kenpokan Dojo invites you to discover the fundamentals of Tanto Jutsu, a modern martial system dedicated to knife combat, edged-weapon awareness, and practical self-defense.
This is the first seminar of a 6-part training series, specifically designed to build solid foundations before progressing to more advanced concepts.
Over 10 hours of intensive training, you will learn:
✅ Knife fighting theory
✅ Knife vs. knife fundamentals
✅ Defensive principles against knife attacks
✅ Distance management and movement
✅ Timing, positioning, and tactical awareness
✅ Practical drills with training partners
✅ Safe and realistic training methods
This seminar is aimed at beginners and is open to practitioners of all martial arts styles, as well as motivated newcomers looking to expand their self-defense knowledge.
Unlike traditional systems focused on forms and choreography, this approach emphasizes mobility, adaptability, partner work, and real-world application while remaining rooted in centuries of martial knowledge.
