We will be hosting our annual Tanksgiving Tank Wars event. I will also have 1 possibly 2 tank armies that can be borrowed if someone wants to play and doesn't have one. First to ask get's to use them. Below are the details for the event, please make sure you read as there some changes this year. Please mark attending if you plan on coming so I can make sure I have enough tables and am prepared. Also please let me know if you will have an Axis or Allied force. I would like to do my best to keep this and Allied Vs Axis event:This year we will be making this a Toys for Tots event. Entry cost will be a toy to donate that meets the criteria for Toys for Tots. I've included the link so you can verify what can and cannot be brought. Please provide a toy, not cash. It makes it easier on my end to get to a donation site then me having to go out and buy something for you. I'm also looking at some fun things during the game that you can do if you bring extra toys (free reroll, extra penetration value/armor, etc) so make sure to follow along as I post updates so you can bring extra goodies.

***This is based off of what we know now of V3. Format may change as the rules come out in September***
1,500 pts Armored Platoons. You are allowed to bring as many platoons as you need to fulfill the 1,500. They must be valid platoons (min 3 tanks) and at least one platoon must be taken as the overall commander (pay the 25 pts for the command special rule if not included). This only has to be paid for for 1 Platoon as the overall commander. As this is very close to the release of V3 and there may not be army lists out for all nations, there is a chance that we will still use V2 points and list options so people can bring what they want.
You may bring infantry/artillery following the Tank Wars rules (must all have transports/tows) but this event is an opportunity to break out all of the toys, so let me see those cats and Pershing's.
Any models including 3d printed are allowed as long as they are WYSIWYG and they are the proper scale.
The plan is to have a combined team battle with each side joining forces against the other. This means that each side will get the allotted number of dice in a bag to match the largest force. There will be events that will affect both sides during each turn depending how the previous round went.
As always make sure to mark "interested/going" so you can follow along as updates are posted.
