The New Tampa Performing Arts Center's new Solo Spotlight Series features award-winning performers in dynamic and entertaining solo performances that showcase the storytelling power of a single voice.In this special Solo Spotlight Series event, Tampa Repertory Theatre brings Every Brilliant Thing to the NTPAC stage. Award-winning actor Ned Averill-Snell reprises his celebrated performance in this play about depression and how far we’ll go for those we love:
You’re six years old. Mom’s in the hospital. Dad says she’s “done something stupid.” She finds it hard to be happy. So, you start to make a list of everything that’s brilliant about the world. Everything that’s worth living for.

You leave it on her pillow. You know she’s read it because she’s corrected your spelling. Soon, the list will take on a life of its own.
