Tamales at The Unseen Chef Studio

We’re opening the studio for our first cooking class.
Come spend the afternoon making tamales from scratch — masa, filling, wrapping, steaming, and all the little things that make the difference between an okay tamale and a really good one.
This will be a hands-on class at The Unseen Chef Studio in Albuquerque.
