You'll be transported to the land of enchantment as you learn the ins and outs of tamale making, from start to finish. The best part? You'll get to take your mouth-watering creations home with you! For just $60 per person, all supplies and expert instruction are included. Classes will be held every Saturday and Sunday, featuring a rotating menu of traditional red chile & pork, green chile chicken, and vegetarian options.
