TALLER DE INVERTIDAS CON ÁLEX LIATSOS (ENGLISH - SPANISH)

In this workshop, we will explore inverted poses in a progressive, safe and accessible way, suitable for all levels. You will learn the technical basics for building stability, strength and confidence, working from the ground up: alignment, core engagement and body awareness.

Throughout the session, we will practise preparatory exercises, transitions into poses such as the handstand, forearm stand (pincha mayurasana) and other variations, as well as techniques to overcome the fear of falling and exit poses with control.

This class is designed for you to experiment, play and progress at your own pace, regardless of your previous experience.
