Join us for two talks on "Mindfulness and Mental Health" with Dr. Cuong Mai (Religious Studies) and Dr. Matthew Ruble (Philosophy), both of whom are faculty members in the Department of Philosophy and Religion at Appalachian State University.
The event will take place on Wednesday, January 28th, 2026 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. in room 1102 of the Turchin Center for the Visual Arts.
This event is FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Attendees may use the College Street Parking Deck next to the Belk Library and Information Commons free of charge beginning at 5 p.m.
