This experience blends simple art prompts with guided meditation to create space for slowing down, grounding, and emotional regulation. The focus is not on the final product, but on the process—letting your hands move while your mind rests.

This is a low-pressure, non-judgmental space. There is no requirement to share, speak, or explain your work. Silence, reflection, and quiet creativity are all welcome.
