18:30 for a pront start.Grab a brew on entry and take a seat.
Enter into St. James Street Cricket ground entrance.
The building is in front as you drive, slightly towards the right.
Please follow the Talk Club arrows , hang around where someone will show you where it is or drop us a message/call 07300 162393.
Walk in, make a brew and answer the following 4 questions:
1. How are you out of 10. (Check in score).
2. What are you happy for?
3. What are your plans for mental fitness this week?
4. How are you out of 10? (Check out score).
That is it, who ever holds the talking ball is the only one allowed to speak.
If you don't feel like talking, it is ok, you simply pass the ball on to the next man.
We do not take any information from you, but will note all check in/out scores to keep a record of how we are performing as a charity.
You get as much from it by listening as you do talking.
The easiest part is turning up, the hardest part is leaving your friends behind!
