& Taste offers participants the opportunity to learn from talented local WNY food professionals & taste their creations. We often pair these experiences with cookbooks to take home!
Ann Lacagnina is a lifelong home cook and teacher. She’s the granddaughter of a one time pasta manufacturer from Rochester, New York. She grew up eating a variety of starkly different pasta sauces created by her many Italian relatives from Sicily, Naples, and Abrruzia. Several trips to Italy have increased her pasta sauce repertoire over the years. Her recently published cookbook, Make a Pot of Sauce, reflects a lifelong quest to cook and share as many wonderful pasta dinners as life allows.
