Talk and Tea: First Aid on Camera - Untold Stories in Unseen Photographs

Join our Archivist, Sophie, as she showcases some previously unseen photographs from the collection. Covering a range of activities, people and places, they visually explore the work of St John Ambulance across the United Kingdom. As part of a recent Museum Fundamentals project, these photos have been repackaged and catalogued, and often looked at again for the first time since they were taken. Excitingly, some of these photos will also be available to purchase in the form of a 2027 calendar after the talk, to celebrate next years 150th anniversary of St John Ambulance.

This is a free, relaxed event. Drop-ins are welcome, or you can pre-register through Eventbrite. The event will take place in the Museum Galleries which are on ground level with step-free access throughout.
