Our Barre Above® class is a low impact, low cardio, toning class fusing pilates, yoga, and ballet to deliver a targeted muscular endurance workout that improves strength, balance, postural alignment, body awareness, and flexibility.

Class is open to all fitness levels.

A mat/towel for support on the floor is recommended.

Wearing socks is recommended.

Virtual attendance is an option.
