Submitted for the approval of the Jenkintown horror community, we ask you to leave the comfort of the light and step into the world of the supernatural with us at our 3rd annual TerrorThon from October 3rd to 5th! This 3 day event celebrates all cross sections of the horror genre, featuring iconic slashers and classic monsters to foreign cult classics. 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗲: Executive produced by Spike Lee, TALES FROM THE HOOD explores four chilling tales of racism, police brutality, domestic violence, and generational trauma told from a Black perspective. Featuring a scenery chewing performance by Clarence Williams III as the film’s mortician narrator. This groundbreaking ’90s horror anthology helped pave the way for films such as Get Out with its provocative and relevant themes about race in America.
