Tales for Tails

Welcome to Tales for Tails! Join us at the New Cumberland Library for a fun-filled event where you can read your favorite stories to our furry friends. Children interested in reading practice can sign up to read to a therapy animal. Caring Hearts Pet Therapy program seeks to improve a child's reading and communicaton skills with the assistance of trained therapy animal teams. Children are encouraged to read, engage, and connect with the pet independently. Bring you favorite book or two to share with one of our animal friends. Don't miss out on this paws-itively delightful experience!
