About The Talent Machine Company
For more than 35 years, The Talent Machine – the region’s premier children’s theater company – has offered young people and their families the chance to discover the joy and power of musical theater. The Company offers four shows each year – two in the summer, one holiday spectacular every December, and one the spring in partnership with The Penguin Project. Through this partnership, Talent Machine gives children with disabilities the chance to perform on stage supported by peer mentors.
Our Company is known for high-energy, professional quality productions, guided by its belief in the inherent potential of every child and a deep commitment to teamwork, creative expression, responsibility and professionalism.
This past year, our summer 2025 teen show, The Addams Family, earned a Ruby Griffith Award from The British Players, who recognize excellence in regional theaters.
The Talent Machine Company is supported in part by generous funding from the Maryland State Arts Council and the Arts Council of Anne Arundel County.
