Talawa Young People's Theatre (TYPT26)

TYPT is Talawa Theatre Company’s free, intensive 4-week training programme designed to help young artists who are new to theatre making develop, devise and create an original theatre piece from scratch.

TYPT is all about building the future of Black theatre, and we want you to be part of it!

The 2026 cohort will be directed by Kalungi Ssebankeke. Theme to follow.
