Taking Control of My Time - Virtual Learning Bite 2026

Today’s workplace has changed in many ways, and more than ever, how we spend our time is critical. This workshop is focused on looking at your time management practices and taking control of your time. As you move to more senior levels in an organisation, there is a need to shift into a more strategic space.

Spending a high percentage of your time in a reactive crisis management space is unproductive and can negatively impact your health and well-being. Gain strategies to shift into a more strategic approach to managing your most valuable resource and increase your productivity.

Following the program, participants will be able to:

• Identify and analyse personal time management practices
• Have strategies for prioritising tasks and activities
• Employ strategies to boost productivity and shift behaviour toward proactive time management
• Recognise the importance of self-care and time management
