TAKEOVER 001 — a BAR sleeping tales

Tokyo is taking over nōknōk.

For the first chapter of our bartender takeover series, we welcome Toshihiro Hiei, owner of a BAR Sleeping Tales in Shinjuku, Tokyo.

After beginning his path in sports medicine, Toshihiro moved into bartending before travelling to Australia to work in agriculture and deepen his understanding of plants, herbs, and the natural origins of flavour.

Now, through a BAR Sleeping Tales, he creates original cocktails built around house-made ingredients, herbs, spices, and unexpected combinations, all served with the atmosphere of a storybook bar hidden in Tokyo.

For two nights only, Toshihiro brings the world of a BAR Sleeping Tales to Cairns.

Each ticket includes a 2-hour takeover experience, featuring 3 cocktails and nibbles.
