Cairns Regional Council is proud to present the Cairns 150 Year Ball, the signature celebration of 2026 as we honour our vibrant community and its remarkable journey over the past 150 years.

Set against the iconic backdrop of the Cairns Esplanade, this spectacular evening promises elegance, entertainment and celebration. Guests will enjoy an unforgettable night of fine dining, live entertainment and community spirit as we mark this milestone in style.

This spectacular evening will also serve as the main fundraiser for the Mayor’s Christmas Charity, marking the 30th anniversary of this cherished initiative. Attendees can take part in exciting fundraising activities throughout the night, helping to make a meaningful difference for those in need in our local community at Christmas time.
