Join us for Take Your Child to the Library Day, an event that started here at the Waterford Public Library and is now celebrated at libraries across the country! This special day encourages families to visit their local library to spend quality time together while seeing everything that libraries offer to the community.Kick off the day at 10:30 am with a rockin' performance for families with local children's musician Steve Elci. There will also be crafts and activities all day. All ages welcome, no registration required.
Prior to the Steve Elci concert, we will recognize Waterford resident and retired librarian Nadine Lipman, who started Take Your Child to the Library Day 15 years ago.
