Take the Stage Live is live band karaoke — and it's exactly what it sounds like. You sign up, you pick a song, and you get on stage with a real, live band playing behind you. No backing tracks. No karaoke machine. Just you, a mic, and Peet Trio making you sound way better than you do in the shower.

How it works:

1. Sign up online in advance (recommended) or at the venue when you arrive
2. Pick your song from our list of 150+ spanning 7 decades: rock, country, pop, classics, you name it
3. When it's your turn, take the stage and the band kicks in behind you
4. Bask in the glory. Accept the applause. Pretend you've done this a thousand times.

That's it. No auditions. No experience required. Just the willingness to grab a mic and have a good time.

Not a singer? Come anyway.

Honestly, half the fun is watching. Grab a beer from Dudleytown Brewing (they make excellent beer ... this is important context), find a spot, and cheer on the brave souls who signed up. You might even change your mind and jump in.

The band:

Peet Trio is four Tolland dads who play high energy rock and country from the 70s, 80s, 90s, and beyond. They've been playing stages across New England and now they're handing the mic to you. They're good. Really good. Good enough to make almost anyone sound decent up there.

The venue:

Dudleytown Brewing Company in Windsor, CT. Outdoor stage. Great beer. Good vibes. What more do you need?
