Caroline is an academic coach specializing in executive function skills. She works with middle school, high school, and college students to help them become more prepared, confident, and motivated. Through teaching essential study, organization, and communication skills, she empowers students to take ownership of their academic journeys and beyond.
Her path has always been driven by a passion for learning and making a meaningful impact. She began her career in education, teaching in both the U.S. and at an international school in Venezuela. These experiences shaped her commitment to fostering growth and resilience in others, as she witnessed firsthand the transformative power of education across cultures.
Later, she joined her entrepreneurial mother to support college students with counseling programs and resources, further reinforcing her dedication to empowering individuals to achieve their goals. These early experiences laid the foundation for her career, which evolved to include corporate leadership and organizational development at Fortune 500 and non-profit organizations. In these roles, she designed leadership, educational, and sales programs while coaching professionals on career and personal growth.
Today, as a certified coach with a BA in Education and Linguistics, an MBA, and a graduate certificate in Organizational Psychology, Caroline brings a unique blend of educational, entrepreneurial, and corporate expertise to her coaching practice. Whether helping a student master time management or celebrating someone’s achievements, her mission remains the same: to inspire confidence and equip others with the tools they need to succeed.
In this session, we will explore how taking ownership of your life can unlock your potential and lead to greater fulfillment. Through real-world examples and actionable strategies, we’ll delve into the power of your choices, examining how the decisions you make shape your path and influence your success. You’ll learn how to identify what truly matters to you and align your priorities with your core values, ensuring your daily actions reflect the life you want to create. We will also discuss the importance of honoring commitments to yourself and others, fostering trust and accountability, and maintaining healthy relationships.
While charting a course for success, we’ll also emphasize the need for flexibility—life’s journey is rarely a straight line, and adapting to challenges or changes is an essential part of achieving your goals. By the end of this session, you’ll leave with practical tools to navigate your life with intention, the confidence to take control, and the adaptability to adjust your plans while staying true to your values and vision for success.
This session is about stepping into the driver’s seat, creating a roadmap for success, and embracing the journey—on your terms.
