Take Off Your Red Cape is a restorative gathering designed for family caregivers who are holding it all together, often at the cost of their own well-being.

Whether you're caring for a parent, partner, child, or other loved one, this gathering offers a chance to exhale, reconnect with yourself, and be surrounded by a community that sees you.

2026 Theme: Reclaiming Rest, Identity, and Joy
This year's gathering invites caregivers to:

• Rest without guilt
• Reclaim parts of yourself that are often lost in the caregiving role
• Rediscover joy as a tool for resilience and renewal

Through heartfelt storytelling, collective reflection, and a supportive environment, this event will help loosen the grip of chronic over-functioning and invite you back to yourself.
