Class is offered EVERY FIRST Wednesday of each month for FREE!

Who Can Take the workshop?

• Residents looking for income-based assistance programs.
• Anyone wanting to become a more savvy renter.
• Residents wanting to apply for the Our Florida Rental Assistance Program.

Registration to all our programs is typically required. After enrollment, you will receive a confirmation email with information to join the class. Or you can directly access it after registering.

UF/IFAS Extension Orange County is a HUD-Approved Housing Counseling agency. The homebuyer workshop meets the education requirements for down payment assistance programs. You must complete both sessions to receive the certificate of completion. Participants will be mailed a certificate of completion at the end of the workshop after all class requirements are met. Cancellation policy: Classes are subject to cancellation if a minimum number of attendees are not booked. If a class is canceled, you will receive a notification confirmation in the e-mail that is provided during the registration process.
