Take Care of Me Tuesdays with Buffy Riddering ✨Hosted by: WholeHeart Collective
Event Description:
Join us for Take Care of Me Tuesdays, a three-part series led by Buffy Riddering. These Spirit-led classes will offer a mix of guided exercises, meditations, and group discussions designed to nurture self-care, healing, and resilience.
Each participant will receive a free gift at their first class!

About:
Buffy began offering tarot card readings and classes in 2012 after attending Mediumship Bootcamp, where she was told she would step into this work while connecting with her deceased loved ones. Her personal journey of loss, resilience, and self-love has shaped her deep commitment to helping others.
By day, Buffy works in law enforcement, teaching meditation, stress management, and resiliency to sheriff’s staff. By night, she shares her wisdom and tools for healing with her community.
