Take & Bake Pierogi Class at The Winery in Breinigsville

Chef Chris of Handcrafted Catering will guide class attendees through a live demonstration on pierogi making. You’ll prepare your pierogis to take home ready to bake, or pop them in the freezer and have fresh homemade pierogis whenever you like. Your ticket also includes a plate of 6 pierogis to eat during class, plus a glass of wine of your choice.

Pierogis that will be served and also made during class

- Traditional potato and sharp cheddar

- Sweet potato with roasted corn and shallot

- Veggie variety with spinach, mushroom, potato and swiss cheese
