Take A Pause was born from the journey of realising that pausing is not about escaping difficulties or withdrawing from the world.

It is about meeting each moment with awareness, intention, and compassion, even as the messiness and uncertainties of modern living press in.

A pause is not absence but a meaningful presence -- a heartfelt invitation to return to our natural capacity for attention, and awaken to a life of clarity and wisdom.

Drawing from Erin's own journey and years of mindfulness practice, Take A Pause weaves together personal insight, honest reflection, and simple, practical tools to help you experience a more conscious, nourishing life.

You are warmly invited to join Erin Lee in the radical act of taking a pause and stepping more fully into life.

This book event will be a gentle and meaningful gathering — an afternoon of reflection, mindful presence, and connection. Erin will share about the inspiration and insights behind the book, read selected passages, and guide a short mindfulness practice. There will also be space for conversation, book signing, and tea together as we mark the release of this new offering to the world.
