Pranayama Workshop – April 19 | 1PM–4PM
Breathe better. Live better.
Join us for a 3-hour Pranayama workshop led by Priyanka and Dr. Amit Singh from NIH for Aging. You’ll explore ancient breathwork techniques designed to support nervous system balance, enhance energy, and deepen your yoga practice.
You'll learn:
- Anulom Vilom for calming the mind and balancing the nervous system
- Kapalbhati to energize and detoxify
- Bhastrika to release emotional tension
- Ujjayi to improve focus
- Bhramari for peace and sleep support
Combining cultural wisdom and scientific insight, this session is perfect for anyone looking to relieve stress, improve breathing, and elevate their wellness journey.
Yoga props provided: (feel free to bring your own or you borrow one at the studio)
