Bitter As Hell is a series of short albums that are inspired by his life and the area of Appalachia where he was raised. The albums use storytelling, acoustic instruments, and a variety of folk genres to bring the tales to life. The album is a reminder that the stories you don't tell will make you bitter and that it's better to find joy in spite of life.
