This is a hands-on cooking class for adults (18 and up). A great way to spend a date night! Participants will prepare a traditional Algerian dish - Tajine Zitoun - made with lamb (chicken will be an alternative for those who do not like lamb), olives, Mediterranean herbs and fruits. While the tagine is cooking, we’ll bake Khobz, the bread traditionally served with Tajine Zitoun. We’ll eat together and enjoy some Atay, which is a sweet hot tea. This class is limited to 16 participants.
