Montgomery County Animal Care & Control is partnering with Montgomery County Parks & Recreation for a new community program — Tails on the Trails!
Join us for a guided hike through Rotary Park at the Wade Bourne Nature Center while spending time with one of our adoptable shelter dogs.
Participants will have the opportunity to check out a shelter dog for the hike, giving them a break from the shelter environment while helping them get exercise, enrichment, and exposure to potential adopters.

Programs like this help reduce stress for our shelter dogs and give them a chance to shine outside of the kennel.
