We are thrilled to announce the first annual ๐ง๐๐๐๐ฆ ๐ข๐ ๐ง๐ฅ๐๐จ๐ ๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐ป๐ฑ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ, an inspiring month-long initiative dedicated to providing second chances at life for vulnerable animals in Prince George and the surrounding region. Now, for some more exciting news... This major fundraiser campaign will wrap-up with an enormous celebratory event on Wednesday, January 15th, 2025!
This day will see 50 local difference-makers stop by our 1st Avenue location at various times throughout the day, all striving towards the collective goal of raising $40,000 to help us rescue even more animals!
Leading up to this fundraiser, we'll be sharing heart-warming stories of animal adoptions and rescues, reminding everyone how critical it is to provide second chances to animals in need.
In the past year, we have faced a significant rise in animal surrenders, while donations have also hit a record low.
Rising operational costsโespecially for veterinary careโhave added strain to our charityโs resources, making this fundraiser more critical than ever.
More than ever, we are relying on community support, so we can continue our critically important animal rescue work.
