The main focus of the course is an intensive practice of the Chen Man Ching Form. We will go through each of the four terms of the form and repeat and deepen the principles of the classics of Taiji.
Allowing for a deepening process of learning, opening, awakening and healing. The process is about awakening to the wholeness of the form allowing us to connect to the whole energy body of the form and relax deeply.
