Hello, I'm Nikki and I am a TaiChi Qigong Shibashi Instructor and I run classes in Gloucestershire and Online.
Join me for a class of flowing movements, calm breathing, and mindful relaxation. Shibashi is a simple yet powerful form of Tai Chi Qigong that helps release tension and pain, ease stress, and restore balance to both body and mind.
