A series of Gently Physical exercises and stretches with each posture naturally flowing into the next, ensuring your body is in constant motion. TaiChi is an ancient Chinese martial arts connecting mind and body. It enhances body awareness, balance and coordination, strength and flexibility.
Live music by Kitty Puss String band - A Devon based Trio who play old time American music from the Appalachian region of the USA / drink to share.
Chinese tea provided. Please bring your own food / drink to share.
