About this Event
Tai Chi is a centuries old martial art practice from China, developed for both health and self defense. The introduction to Tai Chi led by Instructor (SiFu) Sule Welch will provide participants with gentle movements to help improve breathing technique, reduce inflammation, improve balance, increase flexibility and calm the mind to relieve stress.
Please note all of our weekly programs are held outside.

We have a 5-minute grace period before your spot rolls over to those on the waitlist/on-site registration. If advance registration is sold out, we will have limited on-site registration.

FREE Parking is available in the Mercedes-Benz Lot across from Gate 1 on the corner of Northside Dr. and Magnolia St. NW on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional parking will be available on an hourly basis in the Orange Deck.
Rideshare: Guests are encouraged to arrive at the Vine City MARTA Station and use the crosswalk or pedestrian bridge to walk across Northside Drive to Gate 1.
MARTA: The preferred station for arrival and departure is the Vine City Station. This station will drop you off just across the street from Gate 1 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Use the crosswalk or pedestrian bridge at Northside Drive
