🌿 Friday Evening Tai Chi🌿
We're excited to offer a Friday Evening Tai Chi session at our center as a new opportunity to support healing, connection, and well-being.
As the week comes to a close, this is an opportunity to slow down, release the stress of the past few days, and gently settle into the weekend with intention and calm.
Tai Chi is a gentle, flowing practice that can help reduce stress, improve balance, and encourage mindfulness.
Whether you're completely new or have practiced before, you're welcome to join us for Tai Chi Easy with Regina.
We'll begin indoors and, if the weather is nice, we'll move outside to enjoy the fresh air and peaceful surroundings.
✨ No experience necessary
✨ Gentle movements suitable for most abilities
✨ A peaceful way to reset, recharge, and reconnect
📍 At our center (starting indoors, weather permitting we'll move outside)
We'd love for you to join us as we close out the week together.
