beginner Tai Chi session! Learn the basics of breathing & techniques to relieve pain & stress in a peaceful environment, with an option for chair Tai Chi for those who prefer seated practice.

This class is perfect for anyone looking to unwind with gentle movement.
After 40 minutes of Tai Chi, enjoy 20 minutes of relaxation with our cats and kittens. At the end of the evening, your stress will be melted away. 😍
Space is limited to 10 participants.

Cost is $20 per person. Optional tips at checkout will go to the Instructor.
