tai chi walking stick training day

By popular demand, this year will be the tai chi walking stick
Morning 9am to 12.30pm – tai chi walking stick
The form uses a standard wooden walking stick with a crook. Traditionally made from rattan, but any regular walking stick is OK. The form was originally taught to Mark by Nigel Sutton. The long form is wonderful but quite involved. With this in mind, Mark developed a shorter version of the form to make it more accessible.
Afternoon 1.30pm to 4pm
Continue learning the form and practising practical applications
Price: £60 for Kai Ming members £75 for non-members
