Join us for Tai Chi at the Seguin Public Library, every Tuesday in December at 6:00 p.m. Experience meditation in motion through this modified version of yang style tai-chi designed to help improve balance and stability. We’re excited to partner with GRMC Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit to offer Community Tai Chi with instructor Barry A. Jackson.Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, all skill levels are welcome to participate. Discover the art of Tai Chi and find your inner balance!
