Recognized worldwide for its health benefits, Tai Chi—known as Taijiquan in China—blends gentle movements, deep breathing, and mindfulness to enhance well-being.
This event introduces Chen Style Taijiquan, the oldest form of Tai Chi, and its scientifically supported benefits, including reduced stress, improved sleep, circulation, flexibility, and balance, plus support for arthritis and emotional stability (The Harvard Medical School Guide to Tai Chi, Wayne & Fuerst, 2013).Perfect for all ages and fitness levels, our friendly classes welcomes beginners to explore flowing forms and relaxation techniques at your own pace.
