My name is Lynn and I am the Session Leader for 'Tai Chi Qi in the Park', for Life Balance, at Aston Clinton Park, every Tuesday lunchtime from 12 noon to 1pm.
We do all this outside, all year round, whatever the weather, in the beautiful parkland at Aston Clinton Park.
Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, no previous experience needed. Cost per session is £6.50 (payable on monthly invoice), your first session is FREE. We are a friendly bunch - just turn up, no need to pre-book. We meet in the car park just in front of the Red Kite Pavilion café.
