Join us in the gardens of the Springhead pub in Sutton Poyntz for a clearing and recharging Tai Chi session.
This is a similar session to our Tai Chi by the Sea on Saturdays but in a more rural location. You can even see the white horse on the hill.
Every Thursday throughout the year as we can go indoors in the marquee when inclement weather.
£5 per person including optional mini seated Chi acupressure session.
