Join Ian at Parson’s Close Recreation Ground for a series of gentle outdoor Tai Chi sessions designed to help calm the mind, improve balance and increase flexibility. Suitable for beginners and experienced participants alike, these relaxed sessions are a great way to unwind and enjoy mindful movement in the fresh air.
