Master Jef Sutherland’s Tai Chi Workshops Subject: Tai Chi Chuan 24 Forms with Applications for Health and Self Defence.
Level: Suitable for Beginners, Intermediate or Advanced.
Location: Join Jef Sutherland at JASMA Headquarters Battersea SW London for his Masterclass Workshops on Tai Chi Chuan.
In these Workshops Master Jef will share methods to relax the body and calm the mind, open the joints and unblock the channels allowing your internal energy to flow more easily.
These unique Masterclass Workshops will be split into four parts with parts one and two held on Saturday 15 June 2024 and parts three and four held on Saturday 27 July 2024.
Doors open from 08:00
The fee is only £100 for one part. Alternatively, you will only pay £150 for two parts on the same day or claim a discount of 10% when you book both days by Friday 3rd May 2024.
We’ll have fun exploring solo forms and Qigong in the mornings and pair work inc applications and internal power cultivation in the afternoons.
