Join us for our 6-week intro course for Life Nourishing Tai Chi, a unique Tai Chi wellness approach, at our new school in downtown State College. In just a few weeks, you will feel the difference in your body, and energy levels. The class continues at 7:00pm for $100/month, if you enjoy the practice. We offer both traditional and health focused classes. You may also enjoy our Kung Fu, Qigong, and Meditation programs.
Enrollment starts now for February 17th through March 28th classes at our new school. Space is limited. Message us before enrolling, if you have previous Tai Chi experience. This course is ideal for first timers.
