Tai Chi Gung, also known as a Simple Yoga, is a moving meditation that uses slow, intentional movement and breath to cultivate balance, relaxation, and the flow of Qi throughout the body. Rooted in traditional Chinese mind-body practice, it brings greater harmony between body, mind, and breath.
All levels are welcome. No experience needed. Come as you are. 🙏

Dante King has been on a spiritual path for over 35 years, studying and practicing many traditions including Yoga, Meditation, Chanting, and Foot Reflexology. He has practiced Tai Chi Gung for five years and now shares the wisdom and benefits of this practice with others.
