Tai Chi For Arthritis

Led by a certified instructor, each session is designed to be safe and enjoyable for all fitness levels. Join us to enhance your mobility, prevent falls, and improve your quality of life through mindful movement. This class is a 16 week series provided ongoing on Thursdays at 10am in the St. Peter's Health Education Center.
