This unique class begins with a calming Tai Chi Flow, where you’ll move through slow, flowing sequences designed to improve balance, reduce stress, and cultivate inner harmony.
Next, we transition into Qigong Meditation – “The Secret Smile", a powerful practice that combines breathwork, visualization, and subtle energy awareness to promote emotional balance, relaxation, and a deep sense of well-being.
The journey concludes with “The Healer Within” Sound Bath, where soothing vibrations from crystal singing bowls and calming tones wash over you, helping to release tension, quiet the mind, and restore energetic alignment. Simply lie back, relax, and allow the sound to guide you into a meditative state.
