Brandon LaGreca will be hosting a Tai Chi Flow class, the 1st Wednesday of each month, except for January 2025. Each class will start at 5:30 and last approximately 1 hour.
This is open to the public and the cost is $15/class ($20 credit card).
Each month we will slowly build on the previous classes while bringing new attendees up to speed.
